PLEASE NOTE : We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost in the post for the free delivery. Please select the paid 'Confirmed delivery option' which we may subsidies by contributing up to £3 depending on the value and weight of the parcel.
We do not take any responsibility if you have entered an incorrect shipping address.

Free 2nd class Delivery option; Parcels may take between 3 - 5 working days to reach our customers (UK only)

RETURNS:
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you are within the 30 day limit before returning any item.
 
REFUNDS:
Please note:  we do not refund items that have been sold via SALE / DISCOUNT / TAILORED ITEMS / PASSED 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE
 
RETURN POLICY
 ALL REFUNDS ARE SENT VIA COUPON CODE ONLY -15% - P+P
 All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the final refund (- shipping)   *(excludes exchanges)
 We do not refund shipping and handling charges that are paid on any order.
 Customer to pay return shipping cost recorded delivery only. 
 Your refund coupon code will be sent via email after all return items have been checked
Any merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way, or is not in it's orinal packing will not be eligible for return - exchange or refund
Please ensure you add a note + the original invoice in your parcel otherwise your refund / exchange will be delayed
Please note we cannot accept any underscarves, caps and head band for hygienic reasons.
